The Frame Drum
This drum is one of the world’s oldest known drum. It has been used for thousands of years in religious and ecstatic rituals.
It is the oldest means for altering states of consciousness for spiritual purposes through sound. When it is played with hand and finger techniques, the frame drum has a long, clear ringing tone with many audible harmonics.
It is within these overtones that “magical” chords are created, and produces the unique sounds of the frame drum.

I recommend giving yourself an hour and a half for the whole process. Find a comfortable place where you can relax to sink into the experience.
